Team Building Activities & Events at The Pedal Factory, Salisbury NC
One thing we’ve definitely got going on at the shop is teamwork.
It really does make the dream work! We’ve developed a team building program that will expose your group to new skills, create camaraderie through shared goals (and probably lots of laughter), contribute to a better understanding of coworkers and benefit the community as a whole.When you bring your team together to build bikes, you’re taking part in our mission to make bicycles more accessible for local children and adults. You'll find that community involvement, cooperation, teamwork and fun all come together at The Pedal Factory, and we invite you and your company to join us.
Our Program:
- Build Recycled Youth Bikes in 1-3 hour sessions at our shop or at your site. We use donated basic youth bikes for our team build programs. Frames are cleaned, deemed safe and suitable for refurbishing, (we can offer professional custom powder coated frames if desired) and rebuilt with a combination of clean, safe used and new parts. We work to eliminate waste and recycle and re-use when possible.
- Includes: Bikes / Tools / Instructions and Assistance / Photos /Team Build games and activities if desired
Your bikes will go to charity recipients of your choice OR can be used for our Earn a Bike program. Packages are always customizable based on your budget and goals; basic packages listed below. Time indicated is suggested - we also love adding fun activities and games into the build to really make the event fun and help your team connect.

$900 TEAM BUILD EXPRESS Builds 4 Bikes / 1.5 hours
$1500 TEAM BUILD STANDARD Builds 8 Bikes / 2 hours
$2000 TEAM BUILD EXTRA Builds 12 Bikes / suggest 2 - 2.5 hours
$2800 TEAM BUILD PRO Builds 16 Bikes / 2.5 hours
$3800 TEAM BUILD ULTIMATE Builds 24 Bikes / 2.5 - 3 hours
